Last Saturday I made these simple rosé drinks to celebrate my lovely lady, Kendra. And now that it’s Thursday I want to share this easy + tasty recipe with you. Because why not start the weekend early when it feels like summer outside + you’re ready to laugh off the week you’ve had!?

elderflower rosé spritzer:

4 oz rosé
2 oz sparkling water (or you can just purchase a sparkling rosé;)
2 tablespoons elderflower syrup
squeeze of lemon

Combine, stir + drink up;)







Happy hump day, guys! I thought I’d help ya get an early start on the long weekend by sharing these simple + refreshing cocktails with you! I picked up a bottle of elderflower syrup at Ikea and have pretty much tried to use it in every way possible. It’s so tasty! Naturally coming up with a non-fussy cocktail was next in order.

Kendra + I spent a Saturday afternoon mixin’ up these cocktails and well, one is not enough! The mint + lemon + elderflower make this number the perfect summer drink. Go on, sip up!

elderflower + gin cocktail

.75 ounces elderflower syrup
1–2 ounces gin
3.5 ounces club soda
lemons sliced, garnish
mint leaves, garnish

Pour gin, elderflower syrup, and club soda into the glass. Garnish with a lemon slice + mint leaves. Enjoy!!
