a day in Berlin

Working on a special project with a dear friend of mine in Berlin has me longing for the time I lived there. Last September I took a very short, but very sweet trip back. Here are a few snippets that I’ve been wanting to share for what seems like forever ;)

We stopped by my favourite little coffee shop in Kreuzberg & then headed to my hood in Neukoln.  It’s insane how much the neighborhood has changed in the last three years. I was in complete bliss, can you tell?:)

Surprisingly enough, I never made it into the Reichstag while living there. We had plenty of picnics in the grassy area outside of it, but somehow never managed to make it inside. So glad I did this time around. It’s stunning!

I wanted to fill my suitcase with these yummy drinks! Anyone feel like shipping a few over the pond? ;)

Heaps of good (inexpensive!) food + wine over the best conversations. This lady is pure design brilliance. You can expect big things coming your way from Germany :)
